I grew up in the
Seattle area, and have been around motorcycles most of my life.
I have studied photography as well and so I finally merged the
two into one happy package.
I started down this path with the bike shown in the picture
which I found in a friend’s shed. It had been sitting for around
seven years before I discovered it. I simply asked, and they
were glad to get rid of it. The bike then sat in my mom’s
basement for another three years, and then off to my shed for
the next nine.
While looking for
parts for this and other bikes I started seeing the beauty in
the junk bikes and basket cases.
There are plenty of books available of museum quality and custom
bikes, and there should be. The more the better. I have instead
focused on the "non-museum" quality bikes and I hope you
appreciate what I have to offer.
